This visa is designed for business people who want to enter into Australia for short-term business activities. It's up to 3 months. The applicants can apply for this visa for many times. After the applicants establish the stable business in Australia, they can continue to apply for Established Business Migration, so that they will change to be Australian PR or citizen. The basic requirements about 456 are: the applicants should show their good business background, adequate funds and the relevant primary business arrangements when they enter into Australia. The new migration law has already cancelled the 'offshore long-term business visa' (457), but the applicants who have 457 can still continue to apply for Established Business Migration.
