Family reunite migration includes partner migration, child migration, and parent migration. (At present, under Australian's family reunite migration program, higher priority is given to child and partner applications. Parent applications have a lower processing priority.)

The partner migration includes spouse, fianc¨¦ (e) and interdependency. Child migration includes child, adoption, orphan relative etc. the emphases of partner migration is on the proof about genuine and continuing relationship between partners. About parent migration, the applicants should pass 'the balance of family test'. All categories need the sponsorship and assurance of an Australian citizen, Australian permanent resident or eligible New Zealand citizen.
