Business talent migration criteria
Business(es) operates outside of Australia
1.Annual turnover value of investment over A$ 30,000,000,
2.Net assets (including spouse’s assets) over A$15,000,000,
3.Net assets in Business over a$ 4,000,000,
4.Younger than 55 years;
5.There is no vocational English requirement
An optional two-stage arrangements for highly skilled Business Owners, Investors and Senior
Executives (subclass 160-165)
1.Granted a Business Skills (Provisional) visa for four years and,
2.After establishing the requisite level of business or maintaining their eligible
investment for at least two years, are eligible to make an application for a
Business Skills (Residence) visa.
